Opening 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the Stewarding Manager​ role 

· Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence, actively supporting colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and maintain a high level of service quality.
· Uphold rigorous Health and Safety standards, ensuring all necessary paperwork is current and compliant.
· Oversee weekly deep cleaning schedules for all Back of House (BOH) areas and kitchens, ensuring immaculate hygiene standards are consistently met.
· Supervise the cleaning and upkeep of all BOH spaces, including fixtures, fittings, and equipment, to preserve the luxurious ambiance of our establishment.
· Implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource utilization, including recycling programs and proper disposal methods.
· Collaborate with Executive Chef and restaurant management to streamline workflow and optimise efficiency in BOH operations, facilitating seamless service delivery.

About you 

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
