イタリアンレストラン「フィオレンティーナ」のマネージャーポジションをお任せ致します。

スタッフ管理

· レストランスタッフへのトレーニング、監督、評価を行う
· シフトを作成し、スムーズな運営を確保する

カスタマーサービス

· 優れたサービスを提供し、顧客満足度を最大化する
· 顧客のクレームに効率的かつ正確に対応する

財務管理

· 運営コストを管理し、無駄を削減する
· 週次、月次、年次の収益と経費に関する詳細なレポートを作成
· リーダーシップとのコミュニケーション
· 割引やソーシャルメディア広告など、より広範囲でのアプローチ方法を提案

Staff Management

· Train, supervise, and appraise restaurant staffs
· Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations

Customer Service

· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complains

Financial Management

· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses

Leadership and Communication

· Recommend ways to reach a broader audience, such as discount and social media

Qualifications :

·  リーダーシップと従業員のモチベーションスキル
·  財務管理の理解
·  問題解決能力
·  柔軟な勤務時間への意欲
·  中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
·  中級レベルのPCスキル（Word, Excel)

·  Experience in the Restaurant of Hospitality Industry
·  Leadership and employee motivation skills
·  Understanding of financial management
·  Problem-solving abilities
·  Willingness to work flexible hours
·  Intermediate level of English and Japanese and above
·  Intermediate level of PC skills - Word & Excel
