Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of mixology, a creative flair for crafting unique and delicious cocktails, and a dedication to delivering unparalleled customer service. As a Head Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in curating our beverage menu, elevating the guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain an extensive repertoire of cocktails, utilizing fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits.
· Create innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that showcase creativity, craftsmanship, and flavor balance.
· Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to guests on cocktail selections, based on their preferences and tastes.
· Demonstrate exceptional bartending skills, including precise measurements, proper mixing techniques, and presentation aesthetics.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
· Collaborate with the bar team and kitchen staff to coordinate beverage pairings and ensure seamless service during peak hours.
· Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and cocktail techniques, and incorporate them into menu development.
· Uphold a professional demeanor and positive attitude, fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
· Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and bar supply ordering as needed.
· Participate in training sessions and workshops to further enhance mixology skills and product knowledge
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment.
· Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail ingredients, with a passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and build rapport.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency, ensuring every cocktail meets the highest standards.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
