Job description



You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Event Concierge Coordinator is responsible to ensure the efficient and effective management of Events Organizers from their arrival to their departure from the hotel. The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales & Planning Managers, Event Services Team and the on-site meeting contact.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

·  Minimum one year of experience in Banquet or Event Management in international brand hotel.
·  Good customer service and interpersonal skills
·  A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
·  Refined verbal and written communication skills
·  Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
·  Enjoys daily challenges, opportunities to grow, and engaging with both guests and associates from all areas with minimal desk time
