Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Lounge Manager ​ role

· Lead and manage the all-day operations of the Bar Lounge, maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
· Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
· Foster a culture of excellence by providing ongoing training, guidance, and mentorship to the team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service consistently.
· Cultivate a dynamic and creative environment, encouraging experimentation and the implementation of new ideas to enhance the department.
· Demonstrate a passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing your expertise to inspire excellence.
· Identify and nurture talent within the team, developing succession plans and promoting personal growth opportunities.
· Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team is comprised of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.

About you

Experienced in high-end beverage operations, particularly focused on premium liquors, with a strong ability to lead, manage and train effectively. Demonstrates personal ownership of tasks, ensuring completion to achieve desired outcomes, and has a track record of consistently exceeding personal and departmental targets.
