The Senior Business Manager supports the US Head of Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Business , Revenue and Control Management and has a broad remit covering aspects of project management, business analytics, business planning, and business performance management. In addition, this role will be responsible for planning and implementing short and long-term strategies to strengthen GPS’ position within the market.

Here’s what you can expect:
As our Senior Business Manager, you will:

·  Drive strategic initiatives within GPS including those initiatives that:
·  focusing on client experience improvements
·  revenue optimization
·  process improvements
·  advancing the US GPS ESG agenda alignment
·  Foster a world-class culture by driving key people agenda items to enhance employee engagement and workplace positivity within GPS.
·  Serve as Affiliate Lead, overseeing PLA activities and new account/service implementations.
·  Lead production, evaluation, and interpretation of comprehensive management reports, including financial performance, FTE reporting, policy adherence, and training completion.
·  Manage various controls, the associated control management plans, and any other activities as required.

For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $98,000 and $155,000.

 

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You’ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

·  Business presentation skills, both in creating visual presentations, and providing oral and written presentations. Presentation/writing sample required.
·  Experience leading large and complex Program’s with senior executive engagement that support the core strategies and focuses of GPS locally and globally.
·  You’re a collaborative teammate, but also a self-starter who is able to work independently with an entrepreneurial drive.
·  Strong Data Analysis experience – performing data analysis via excel, and translating that analysis into tangible business recommendations.
·  High level of objectivity and ability to challenge senior management on various aspects of their business.
