We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Behavioral Scientist.

Principal responsibilities

· Supports Chief Medical Affairs in designing and conducting research based on behavioral science principles and methods
· Stays up to date on current research on psychological and behavior science and ensure it is leveraged internally for proposition, product, underwriting and claims decisions or inititatives
· Assists in analysis and generation of actionable insights related to business outcomes, customer needs and patterns of behaviors
· Facilitates the creation of customer journey maps and user experience
· Support the review and evaluation on appropriateness of prediction models

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​Bachelor degree or higher in Social Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Cognitive Sciences, Human Factors/Human Computer Interaction or related field
·  In-depth knowledge of academic literature, emerging trends, organizational requirements and recent achievement in Behavioral Science
·  Research experience (e.g. literature reviews, writing surveys, data analysis and reporting on results) is desirable
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills is preferable
·  Self-motived individual with teamwork mentalit
·  Cantonese and good English required, Mandarin an advantage
