Assistant Business Banking Manager

Commercial Banking – Business Banking

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Banking Manager in our Business Banking Centre.

Principal responsibilities

· Develop and maintain good relationship with referral partners to solicit SME business
· Meet new corporate customers and handle account opening procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement
· Cross-sell diverse banking products to achieve various individual sales/business targets and contribute to that of the Team and Department
· Provide value-added service to new corporate customers
· Assist the Centre Manager to formulate the marketing activities and supervise junior colleagues

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in any discipline
·  Minimum 4 year's relevant experience in sales/customer relationship management, with good knowledge of SME business an advantage
·  Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and HKSI Licensing Examinations
·  Strong self-motivation, with outgoing personality and ability to work independently
·  Strong sales and customer orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skill
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
·  High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
