Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE. The Sales Process & Transformation organization within Sales Ops owns the Sales Process across HPE’s businesses, owns the core operational support and innovation for CRM, PRM and Sales Compensation globally and drives transformation for the Sales Experience across Sales Operations.

Description

• Analyzes sales, supply chain and operational data and compiles information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, quality assurance); identifies trends and makes observations.

• Manages day-to-day post-sales questions and resolution of customer issues (e.g., order management (e.g., credits, returns)  specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis

• Reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues as necessary.

• Resolves issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis; serves as a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly).

• Handles multiple moderately complex customer accounts.

• Supports solutions that impact other departments.

Education and Experience Required

·  Advance Level of English Required
·  No more than 1 year of graduated
·  First level university degree with recommended focus in Business (Marketing analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management) or Finance.
·  Typically 0-2 years of experience in a business related field

Knowledge and Skills Required

·  Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency to tackle problems and solve issues
·  MS-Office skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Excel VBA (macros/scripts)
·  MS-ACCESS skills and some database expertise (joins, adds
·  Exposure to Big Data concepts and practices, data mining
