Role Summary/Purpose
We are looking for a self motivated individual seeking a challenging career with excellent academic, and a genuine interest and passion for continuous improvement processes. The candidate will be involved in challenging projects with real business impact.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as everyday contact for Cafeteria supplier
- Coordinate engagement activities for assigned teams
- Develop and maintain area metrics
- Support a wide variety of projects
- Support other HR teams in specific activities
- Support for HR operational processes (onboarding/offboarding, manage GCRM, facilities management)
- Support continuous improvement of HR projects & HR policies
- Manage internal HR communications through social networking
Qualifications/Requirements
- University student with full-time academic coursework (any degree program)
- Spoken & written English proficiency
- MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel experience
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Oral & written communication skills
