Role Summary/Purpose

Join our amazing team! The individual in this role will ensure smooth and efficient administrative support for GE Aviation Digital Group’s Vice President & Chief Digital Officer, as well as assigned executives. In addition, this individual will manage various local office duties, follow a work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives and problem solve.
Essential Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and ready to work in close contact with a dynamic leadership team.
The Executive Assistant to the CDO will provide administrative and organizational support including but not limited to:

·  Managing multiple projects and priorities and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments

·  Planning, scheduling, arranging business meetings and travel itineraries

·  Assisting with passport and visa requirements

·  Preparing and reconciling expense accounts, processing T&L expenses in accordance with GE guidelines

·  Raising and receiving purchases orders

·  Readying presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information

·  Organizing team and associated employee events and meetings
·  Coordinating onsite and offsite business meeting and events
·  Directing business contacts to appropriate managers

·  Managing conference / huddle rooms and common office areas

·  Please Note: Work Location listed is Austin, TX. However, this position may also be eligible at our Cincinnati, OH location

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives)

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience interfacing with senior management and high-profile external contacts

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat

·  Fluent in use of GE online applications and systems including Skype, Yammer, GETRes, Concur

·  Ability to draft clear and concise communications

·  Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, knowledge of GE policies / procedures

·  Influences and energizes others toward the common vision and goal
