Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the  "Sales Planning Manager"  Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

 

Be responsible from the following requirements:

·  Main Objective Supports the Sales team in defining sales strategies for the Pharmacy Channel, leads GPS processes, and focuses on supporting the sales team.
·  Responsible for all reporting and sales development processes related to channels through which products are delivered to shoppers and consumers.
·  Role & Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Communicate and ensure implementation of sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives to relevant teams.
·   Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, goals, and KPIs.
·  Distribute market status information from relevant sales teams (Commercial Marketing, Commercial Strategies) to responsible teams.
·  Share sales forecasts with teams.
·  Collaborate with the finance team to create sales budgets and achieve business goals.
·   Optimize and improve sales processes.
·  Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
·  Provide recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
·   Work with Commercial Strategies teams to analyze opportunities for channels and categories based on data.
·  Monitor and analyze sales performance and share insights with leaders.
·  Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Commercial Strategies, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business initiatives.
·  Coordinate with demand planning to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability.
·  Proactively track market and consumer data with the Commercial Strategies team to understand channel opportunities and risks.
·   Sales Operations Optimization: Streamline sales processes to improve overall efficiency. Utilize sales automation tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
·  Provide necessary data for meetings such as GPS and Demand, representing sales leaders as needed. Communication and Reporting: Communicate sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to senior management. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, emphasizing key insights and recommendations.
·  Consolidate and communicate all relevant data to stakeholders and leaders.
·  Compile team presentations into a unified format. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Evaluate results of sales initiatives by analyzing data from the Commercial Strategies team and Sales Efficiency and Reporting teams, focusing on specific channels and categories.
·  Effectively inform sales leaders about channel and category performance.
·  Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
·  Key Stakeholders: Commercial Marketing Sales Excellence PRGM Commercial Analytics and Insights Category & Channel Development Supply Chain Sales Finance Marketing Human Resources

About you

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

 

·  Bachelor's degree Preferably worked in different sales channels within the FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
·  Demonstrated leadership in business development processes, including responsibilities related to Sales Strategy and Sales Operations, for at least 3 years.
·  Collaborated with other sales teams (such as category development) when needed. Comfortable working closely with teams.
·  Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level. Proficient in MS Office applications.
