As an HR Generalist, your role will involve managing the hiring process, fostering people development, and overseeing performance management. You’ll collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Logistics, and Marketing.

About you

Main Responsibilities:

 

Performance & HR processes:

·  Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews sessions with the managers & stakeholders
·  Leading on the employee’s annual review with the managers, ensuring the ratings are matching the employees performance with KPIs across the year and running calibration sessions with the managers.
·  Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
·  Ensuring all the processes are in line with the HR policies are being implemented across all the organization

People Capability & Development:

·  Identify with the managers & HR Talent management team the short & long terms development plan for the sales, transportation & the marketing team
·  Developing the required skills per job per function & implementing assessments for the technical and behavioral competencies required
·  Developing short & long term training agenda with the talent management team to upskill the employees capability in the sales, transportation and marketing
·  Developing evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs & its ROI on the business.

Hiring & promotions.

·  Leading on the hiring process for the sales & transportation team with all the stakeholders & ensuring timely and a smooth process
·  Ensuring synchronization of all the hiring and promotions process across all Danone’s employees
·  Updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status & analyzing the data to close the gaps and work on process enhancements with the stakeholders
·  Preparing a weekly report and updating the dashboard for hiring & analyzing the trends and metrics with the HR team
·  Forecasting hiring needs based on the data and analysis & prepare ready to hire pipeline with the stakeholders
·  Conduct interviews with the FLDs & ensuring meeting the business requirements
·  Ensuring the recruitment process is running smoothly
·  Conduct the exit interviews & analyze the reasons and work on action plan
·  Ensuring having a clear and synchronized hiring, development & promotion process across all employees working for/with Danone.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

Education/Experience:

·  Bachelor of Business or any related major
·  1-3 years of experience in Talent management or Talent Development
·  Fluent in Arabic and English languages
·  FMCG background is preferable.
