Fashion Project Manager

Job description

Purpose:

Ambitious distribution roadmap ahead for Mainland China, including new boutique concepts that require :

·  Higher level of details in the brief design
·  Higher level of engagement of stakeholders (Global, Regional, Local)
·  Higher commitment to timeline

This role will support the Project Owner as the operational Project Lead and Subject matter from start to finish

Full time role, based in Shanghai and travel to other key city

Key responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:

·  Build the Project Business Case and the Project Design Brief : gathering qualitative insights from stakeholders, aligning with regional templates and requirements, adapting material to audience
·  Plan and execute the overall project timeline
·  Define the project governance organization, animate and follow up with a consistent engagement of team members
·  Monitor project tracking KPIs and escalate problems, risks, issues demonstrating delivery excellence
·  Responsible for formatting budget and accuracy
·  Prepare internal engagement/presentation for executive communication to different partners and stakeholders
·  Ensure all documents and materials are maintained throughout the project
·  Market / Competition Distribution Study

Profile required

·  Experience in Project Management (excellent in planning, communication, interpersonal skills)
·  Achieving goals oriented
·  Ability to cooperate, multi tasking
·  Retail experience is a plus
·  Learning agility
