Business Analyst / Technical Analyst

Position Description
The Technical Analyst role will be client facing and responsible for gathering/documenting business requirements; working with a team of data engineers, data scientists and reporting analysts; developing simple test cases; and analyzing/validating final outputs by working directly with business owners.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Experience working in manufacturing or life sciences domains is desired

• Requirements gathering

• Authoring and executing test scripts

• Experience working directly with business owners

• Ability to quickly understand and assess data structures

• Proficient in writing technical specifications and documentation

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience working in an Agile setting

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 1-3 years or experience as a Technical Analyst

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meeting facilitation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solutions

• Experience in writing validation plans a plus

• Experience with SQL a plus

• Experience with Spotfire Reporting Tool a plus
