You will be a servant leader for your teams, helping them meet their delivery goals, removing their impediments, coordinating with other agile and internal support teams, and acting as a facilitator, coach and protector of agile practices.

This position is located in Dallas, Texas. You will be required in the office at client site in Plano, TX 2-3 days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and guide your team ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review/Retrospective.
• Create meeting minutes, action items, and tool updates as needed in accordance with ceremony results.
• Work to remove team impediments and escalate impediments to Project Leads that cannot be resolved at the team level.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and other development team members to perform backlog refinement.
• Ensure all team features, stories, and tasks are aligned and maintained in project software development lifecycle.
• Provide agile coaching as required to scrum team members.
• Help the team set realistic objectives for Feature and Sprint delivery timeframes.
• Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method.
• Keep external stakeholders, collaborators, and other interested parties well-informed on team progress and activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience
• 1+ years of experience at scaled agile frameworks
• Proven experience with large-scale data management and software integration projects.
• Experience in project management, including financials/budget management, and risk/issue mitigation
• Experience evangelizing and training teams in agile adoption
• Proven experience on a project with many impacted users
• Experience in preparing teams for PI Planning

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800- $185,800.
