As a Production Operator, you will be part of a team responsible for the full production process of a range of products that assist farmers to protect their crops. This process involves machine operation, injection, blending, packing, loading / unloading and associated warehousing duties. The role will see you working on different parts of the production process to ensure you get plenty of variety in your role. You will be supported by a collaborative team who will help get you up to speed. To be successful in the role you will be comfortable following quality control procedures, keeping accurate records and have attention to detail to ensure production runs efficiently. What we are looking for

·  Experienced in a production / processing role
·  Commitment to safety
·  Team values and a willingness to help others
·  A current forklift license is not essential as we can provide training for this
·  Attention to detail and positive attitude
