Objectives of the Position

 

·  To support the Regional Head of CCRM in the Asia Pacific region in optimizing and harmonizing CCRM standards related to all CCRM functions, including risk assessment, blocked order management, critical customer handling, and business partnering.
·  Gatekeep the quality of customer risk assessments performed in the region and work closely with the business units and local CCRM/HUB CCRM services team to balance business opportunities and credit risk in order to support profitable business growth.

 

Main Tasks

 

Functional Tasks (including but not limited to):

 

CCRM Regional Support:

·  Be an expert within the APAC CCRM community in solving all credit-related topics in liaison with local and regional stakeholders, Corporate Finance, and global CCRM Systems & Processes.
·  Support the APAC CCRM community through training, sharing knowledge, and best practices.
·  Support the head of regional CCRM in credit-related topics.
·  Act as an application owner/expert user in credit management-related information systems.

 

Critical Customer Handling:

·  Work with business units to resolve credit-related issues of critical customers in a timely manner and promote the importance of credit management in business operations.

 

Projects & Improvement:

·  Implement global/regional projects from CCRM perspectives, such as digitalization/automation, M&A activities, and process redesign, etc.
·  Identify, recommend, and develop solutions in consultation with the head of regional CCRM for continuous improvement opportunities in all credit-related topics.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

·  Coordinate activities between CCRM communities and Accounts Receivables/Collection in service hubs for CCRM-related topics.
·  Closely collaborate with other service delivery units in the Hubs.

 

Functional Specifics:

·  Perform/coordinate/review customer credit risk assessments for group/small group customers.
·  Report, analyze, and monitor CCRM-related KPIs in areas like accounts receivable, overdue, assessments, order management, debt collection, payment terms, customer master data, etc.

 

Degree of Supervision Required in the job:

·  Work independently with minimal supervision.

·  Perform other duties as delegated.

 

Requirements

 

Education

·  Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
·  Preferably a member or eligible for admission to Malaysian Institute of Accountants or other Professional bodies (CIMA, ACCA, CFA).

 

Working Experience

·  More than 7 years’ experience in Finance and/or Controlling and/or Credit Management experience including 2 to 3 years’ experience supervising team members.
·  Project Experience (preferably regional)

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge

·  Good business acumen and good financial / qualitative analytical skills.
·  Proficiency in English required with good communication in verbal, writing and interpersonal skills with high customer focus. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, very strong project management skills, collaboration and communication skill, high integrity.
·  SAP and Business Warehouse, Data Analytic tools (PowerPivot, PBI, Tableau), interested in digitalization trend. Knowledge in FSCM is an advantage.
·  Advanced knowledge in standard Microsoft Office software (word, excel, power point).
