End-to-End Performance Analyst (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an End-to-End Performance Analyst in our Sol Arch Network & UC unit, you will proactively interact with other departments in order to identify areas where BASF network needs to improve in order to provide the highest level or performance and security to its Internal Customers.

·  This includes a close collaboration with workplace, network infrastructure and application owners to better understand internal processes and find ways to optimize the end user experience.
·  In addition, you will also address various Internal Business Partners requests in order to empower BASF IT-department to deliver solutions more efficiency.
·  The understanding and managing of the Riverbed Performance Command Center framework to identify potential issues or root causes for end to end limited performance will rest with you.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You have a degree in computer science or have completed a higher formal vocational training program in technology or engineering in the field of IT or computer science.
·  Ideally, you have further qualifications such as ITIL, Microsoft and/or network certifications.
·  Experience with Riverbed Performance Command Center would be nice to have.
·  You are able to familiarize yourself with new tasks swiftly and independently and have a good strategic mindset.
·  You can persuade others in both German and English and have a high power of argumentation.
·  You can understand end to end components between the user and the application.
