Job description

Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore

 

The incumbent is responsible for the General Insurance distribution within the Financial Adviser industry in Singapore. You are required to establish strong business partnership between Allianz Insurance Singapore and the FAs which will help to drive sales performance to achieve the targets set by the company. 

 

Responsibilities:

·  Develop sales initiatives and engagements to drive sales performance in the Financial Adviser market to ensure that the assigned targets are met.
·  Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers to meet business objectives and foster long term partnership.
·  Underwrite and assess each commercial risk within the established underwriting guidelines, quotations preparation and assist in underwriting referral submission.
·  Identify market trends and business opportunities for the ongoing development of the business.
·  Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key FA partners.
·  Coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely response on all business-related enquiries.
·  Conduct regular product and system trainings to the Financial Advisers

 

Requirements: 

·  Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in FA distribution experience in an insurance company
·  Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in General Insurance product market
·  Minimum Diploma in any field
·  Relevant GI Qualification
·  Strong FA network
·  Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
·  Self-driven and sales-oriented
·  Good Communication Skill
