This role will act as the primary operations and back-office contact between Allianz Life and industry wealth management and other FinTech platforms. They will support the integration, implementation and all service aspects of Allianz annuities within the various industry platforms. Partnering with the Head of Distribution Fintech and the Allianz Platform Relationship Manager, this role will collaborate across various Allianz departments to support and advance Allianz strategies with targeted insurance and wealth management platforms. This person will support the implementation of newly launched platforms and then the ongoing support for both advisor and internal business units supporting integration and adoption of insurance products on the Wealth Management (WM) technology and other FinTech platforms. Responsibilities include operations relationship management, data integration and improving the advisor experience on the platforms. This position will require excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work, collaborate and coordinate between technical and non-technical people within our company and external business partners.

 

What you do:

Operations relationship management and service support for wealth management and other FinTech platforms.

Support the implementation and onboarding of industry platforms to support Allianz annuities. This includes partnership with New Markets and Head of Distribution Fintech. Responsible for building and presenting a business case and funding requests to integrate new platforms.

Manage ongoing service improvements, product launches and data integration requests for our distribution partners and advisors.

Communication and training of Allianz employees on project status, implementation needs and annual project planning to support finch strategy

 

What you bring:

- 4-5 years of financial services required.  Series 6/7 or ability to obtain in 90 days.

- Four year degree required.

- Strong relationship management and communication skills.

- Knowledge of industry wealth management and/or FinTech platforms.  Experience with platform data and product integration.
