Job description

The Willis Towers Watson Cyber team takes a holistic approach to cyber resiliency, with the understanding that a complete corporate cyber solution addresses and incorporates people, capital, and technology. The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join the FINEX Cyber team based in our Leeds or Manchester office.
The successful candidate will preferably have experience of cradle to grave account handling including some broking experience, plus experience of liaising with client’s and underwriters and being responsible for their own book of business. 

Insurance broking industry experience is preferred.

The Requirements

·  Handling queries from clients, brokers, account executives, insurers and others.
·  Supporting client’s through the renewal process.
·  Preparing broking documentation including insurance market presentations, MRC slips and Endorsements.
·  Documentation production, mid-term adjustments, quotes and evidence’s of cover.
·  Assisting with premium allocations including overseas tax calculations.
·  Servicing the financial transactions between Client and Insurers, and other Willis departments.
·  Perform against operational performance indicators.
·  Ensure the Willis Towers Watson systems is managed in “real time” throughout placements.
·  Providing day to day service and being the focal point for your designated book of business.
·  Attending client and insurer meetings when required.
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Skilled at building effective relationships at all levels
·  Ability to represent the practice and Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibility
·  Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
·  Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
