WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage a fast-growing e-commerce account and the marketing activities associated with it.

You will be responsible for managing all activities related to this account, such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings. Additionally, you'll manage all SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.

This position is located in our Barcelona (Viladecans) HQ.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

· Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

· Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

· Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

· Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

· Analyze of large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

· Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges

· Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

· Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

· At least 3 years' experience in a similar or other relevant role in sales

· Proven SEO experience

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

· Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

· Understanding of sales performance metrics

· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

· Problem -solving attitude (must have)

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
