In the Global Communications department of Ubisoft, you will work alongside the Senior Project Manager of the Strategy & Operations team and assist the team in project management tasks such as:

·  Analyzing the needs in collaboration with the Communications Network stakeholders and establishing clear project schedules.
·  Coordination of projects with the different departments across Global Communication, the communications network, and corporate functions (purchasing, finance, legal etc.)
·  Build relationships with Communications Network stakeholders and promote the adoption of the tools and processes across the network. 
·  Ensure consistent communication around projects you are tracking and help animate project meetings with the Communications Network.
·  Identify potential issues and risks with different projects and propose solutions.
·  Follow the existing project portfolio and provide regular reporting to the Global Communications team.
·  You are pursuing higher education with a specialization in project management;
·  You have already had the opportunity to use a project management tool (Jira, Trello...);
·  You have proficient English and French skills enabling you to work in an international environment;
·  Your listening and analytical skills allow you to reconcile different stakeholders to reach a consensus;
·  Ideally, you have some prior experience in the field of communication;
·  An interest in the video game industry is a plus!
