About the role

This is a retail opportunity with a difference - it's a chance to have a real impact. You'll be supporting our managers by helping to lead a team of associates in a constantly changing store. Our business model is unlike any other - our teams never know what will be delivered next. It means plenty of variety for you, and plenty of unique finds for your customers.

You're someone who can lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
