Position Overview:

Job Summary :

Assure that BP objectives are achieved in relation to volume, market share and revenue. Implement and follow up programs defined in BP for each bottler group. Identify local opportunities and develop ad-hoc initiatives to guarantee business objectives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities :

·  Develop and implement local strategies and programs aligned with Division’s guidelines.
·  Develop Business Plan with each bottler.
·  Activate national brand and channel programs by bottler.
·  Manage and implement a price/packing strategy that maximizes the value that consumer perceives in products, increasing company’s income.
·  Identify volume opportunities as well as coordinate the design and development of programs that capitalize those opportunities (by brand, channel, package, or consumption occasion).
·  Optimize the DME application in relation to volume and to the return of investment.
·  Execute RGM programs
·  Know and detect competitor’s strengths and weaknesses in order to take decisions that allow the Company to capture all Region opportunities and recommend improvements and new approaches to expand operations.
·  Maintain a professional relationship with the bottler and other functional areas, in order to facilitate the planning process, coordination and execution of operations, marketing and revenue strategies.
·  Keep constant track of business accelerators such as coolers, refillables and racks’ introduction.
·  Conduct hiring and terminations, performance management reviews, salary and other compensation programs recommendations.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar

Require of continuous travelling 25% within Bajío (Querétaro – Guanajuato – Michoacán)
