VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is open to candidates between the ages of 18 and 28 who are nationals of a country in the European Economic Area.

Main responsibilities :

Organize, plan and manage the Supplier Field Representatives (Vendors) site arrangements in line with the CSU schedule.

Organizepersonneland schedulethe training coursesandlogisticsofbothProjectand Company personnel.

Main Activities:


· 
From the CSU Schedule ensure all the Suppliers are aware of our requirements well in advance of the call to site.

· 
Schedule,operations,maintenance,Supplierandmandatorytrainingschemesand deliverables as required by the Contract, in close cooperation with COMPANY.

· 
Develop and manage detailed Vendor representative schedules for all phases of the project.

· 
Develop and manage detailed Vendor Training schedules for all phases of the project.

· 
Coordinate with the Commissioning Planner Vendor plans and schedules, and closely with all other Project departments to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner.

· 
Liaise with Discipline Superintendents to ensure all discipline related training, and accreditations are in place for commissioning personnel i.e Atex (Electrical I Instrument), Swagelok {Instruments) etc.

· 
Ensure that Vendor I Supplierpreservationrequirements for equipmentare followed throughout the Project.

· 
Ensure Vendor I Supplier as-built Documentation is forwarded input into final documentation

· 
Ensure the vendors is leaving site on correct time, approved by the discipline superintendent and CSU manager, and that all report and time sheet have been filled up and Handover.

Key Skills :


· 
You are an engineer ( ESTP, ENTP, ENSAM, CENTRAL, ENSTA, others similar).

· 
Team oriented and able to mobilize people to a common objective

· 
Multi-tasking ability with good management of priorities

· 
Autonomy and rigor

· 
Understanding of LNG project and/or offshore activities

· 
Fluent in English

· 
Good knowledge of Word, Excel,PowerPoint
