VIE Chargé de Mission International - H/F

Job description

To assist with the increase of our development and portfolio of activities in Asia-Pacific, we are currently seeking for an ambitious and dynamic:

Chargé de Mission (M/F)

to join our Brussels office

 

Under the direct responsibility of the Executive Director for Asia-Pacific, your duties will include, inter alia:

·         Assist/Second the Director and Project Managers of the unit in their daily operations

·         Prepare business meetings with prospective clients, partners, or with senior officials of International Institutions

·         Collect information on institutional changes related to Development Aid

·         Ensure liaison with regional units and staff located in the Asia & Pacific region

·         Ensure close coordination with HQ departments in Paris (HR, Legal, Communication, IT, etc.)

·         Prepare presentations and participate to the creation of other marketing materials (brochures etc.) or organisation charts

·         Ensure proof writing, compiling and editing of reports, minutes and other communications papers in both English and French

·         Participate in strategic survey
