Job description

·  Conducts inspections and provide field drawings of company, subcontractor and developer installed construction projects to assure conformance to company specifications and construction methods.
·  Responsible for working closely with operations throughout project to ensure project meets operations needs
·  Responsible for developing analysis and reports to be provided to regulators, internal or external customers as required.
·  Prepare preliminary, engineering, and detailed cost estimates
·  Prepare bid specifications and coordinate contractor bidding
·  Develops, operates, and maintains geographic information system as required.
