Business Manager ensures the highest customer satisfaction by working in team with sales, region, product marketing and planning, contributing to reach MCD sales target.
Business Manager is the owner of the Demand forecast, being the only responsible of the 18 months rolling marketing forecast, while being the Customers, sales & Marketing, planning"s interface.

Within the Commercial Marketing team, you will be responsible of business tracking and analysis for some Distributor/customer for one ST Region and Transnational accounts Microcontrollers forecast.

Your duty is to create the most accurate forecast using different sources such as Customers, Sales, Regional and Product Marketing and based on your knwoldege and experience in order to give the most accurate view of the customers" needs to the planning and then production.

You will manage commercial requests, directly in contact with sales offices and marketing department, work on backlog management establishing the priority among the various customer demands. You will be the interface in division for hot delivery issues with customer and sales.

Your interface will be Sales, Marketing, Direct Customers, Division Planning and others division department (such as quality, finance, marketing).

Profile

Proven experience gained in Supply Chain with an excellent customer service skills and commercial understanding

Ability to be an effective communicator to various audiences such as internal and external customers

Demonstrated ability to manage priorities.

Rigor and autonomy are mandatory to well managed this job
