Job description

For the Global Business Unit Peroxides, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Front Office Supply Chain organization. He/she will be the key contact between Solvay and its customers in Germany.

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based in Brussels (NOH).

Mission

· Contact with clients: daily communication with clients for the taking & follow-up of their orders, to ensure ordered products are delivered effectively and timely to customers in order to satisfy their demand.
· Orders processing: creation of clients and update of databases; reception, registration & follow-up of the orders in SAP until invoicing; preparation, sending and writing/archiving of documentation (delivery notes, transport documents,…).
· Organizing and executing operations regarding stock management, transport and delivery demanding expert knowledge, acting as an interface with colleagues of Back Office Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, Plants, Credit Management, Audit, Banks, … in order to ensure coordination and good collaboration within the team.
· Follow up the planning (deliveries, stocks…) during the month and take corrective actions when needed, with the Product Flow Manager.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor in International Trade or similar, or experience in Supply Chain (Front Office)
·  Customer Oriented, resourceful, negotiation & analytical skills, result driven, team spirit
·  IT knowledge (MS office), SAP is appreciated
·  Fully fluent in German. Good knowledge of English. French is a plus.
