Job Description

STGZ卓越培训生项目，是广州西门子变压器有限公司全新设计开展的，针对培养技术研发和财务商务方向年轻人才的为期一年的培训生项目。为将来定岗研发、结构、电磁设计，生产管理，质量管理，试验，技术支持，采购，商务或财务等岗位提供技能储备。

每个参与到项目的培训生都会被指派一名部门经理作为“Mentor导师”，为你提供全方位的职业规划和指导。在该项目上，你会获得6个月的全职技术培训，了解变压器的生产及工艺制造过程，并参与到2个不同岗位的轮岗，全面了解相关职能工作，并找到适合自己的发展路径。

v 应聘条件

§2020年毕业，本科或以上学历。

o财务商务方向专业要求：会计，经济管理，国际贸易与商务等相关专业；

§有一定抗压能力，乐于接受挑战

§具有团队合作精神、良好的服务意识

§快速学习能力

§良好的人际交往能力,沟通能力及逻辑表达能力

§流利的中英文沟通能力（书面+口语），有第二语言（西班牙语，德语等）优先考虑
