Junior Specialist/Specialist for Accounts Receivable with Hebrew

Job description
In our Shared Services Center we are looking for a new colleague on the position Junior Specialist/Specialist forAccounts ReceivablewithHebrew . Position is suitable for Fresh Graduates with fluentHebrewandinterest to work in the field of accounting.
Responsibilities
· resolving customers' questions related to orders, payments and invoice statuses
· receiving and answeringcustomers' requests by telephone or e-mail
· tracing status of invoices
· allocationof incoming payments
· participating in monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
· close cooperation with other departments (General Ledger, Accounts Payable,Master Data)
· regular reporting
· contributionto implementation of new and updated processes
Requirements
· high school/university degree
· advanced knowledge ofHebrew and English or Czech
· very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge of SAP as an advantage
· customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
· very good communication skills
· pro-activity, responsibility and punctuality
· time flexibility and team player
