In Siemens Healthineers we are searching for a Customer Service Marketing Support Analyst.

The responsabilities of theposition include:

· Ensure efficient execution of all Customer Service Business Management Processes in order to drive Customer ServiceRevenue and market growth.
· Market analysis and competitive transparency.
· Customer base analysis and business potential identification.
· Service portfolio, offerings and pricing.
· Develop market and customer oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, communication methods.
· Develop new services and opportunities, rollout and implementation in the country product management.
· Launch special campaigns within the service environment (e.g. LifeNet)
· Consolidate and convert all required information for a maintenance price book for the local market.
· Prepare contract proposal and quotation for maintenance contracts.
· Provide support in the sale of service products.
· Establish, maintain and monitor SRS (remote services).
· Analyze the installed base development and developremote servicesmarket campaign and strategies.
· Establish long term market and product strategies forremote servicesin the country.
· Focus on development of the field force and the processes necessary to leverage theremote servicesinfrastructure into other service/business offerings.
· Maintain close liaison with the CS headquarters in regard toremote servicesobjectives, new developments and delivery of all remote services within a country.
· Generate monthlyremote servicesconnectivity and development report for the management.

Requirements:

· University Degree
· Microsoft Office (advanced level in Excel/ Power Point).
· English Skills(C1).
· Spanish: Native speaker
