Accounts Payable Specialist

Job description

For our Accounts Payable group in Kartal we are looking for an Accounting Specialist. This role will be responsible for accounting governance in Accounts Payable topics.

What are my responsibilities?

·
Ensuring application ofAccounting Guidelines through analysis of company processes.

·
Supporting, coordinating, controlling and monitoring Financial Shared Services Team in Prague in respective areas.

·
Support, coordination, consultancy and guidance of the Business Unit Commercialsin respective areas.

·
Being responsible for vendor account reconciliations and vendor BA/BS reconciliations.

·
Bridge Function betweenVendors, Business Units and Financial Shared Services team in Prague to resolve the problems and disputes.

·
Preparation, controlling, analysis of respective reports for Tax declarations.

·
Participating in intra-departmental and inter-departmental improvement initiatives projects.

·
Reporting and Monitoring of key data and ratios in respective areas.

·
Being responsible for activities to optimize and standardize accounting processes.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·
Fresh graduated or 1-3years of experience in accounting or tax or controlling department.

·
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.

·
Command of English, German language is an asset.

·
Very good command of MS Office applications.

·
Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies.

What else do I need to know?

·
Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
