Missions

1/ Ensure the operational relations with suppliers within the strategy defined in cross functional team and the respect of the contracts; track and report key elements/data on supplier performance.

2/ Lead negotiations & propose actions (QVE, rebalancing...) in consistency with commodity strategy and agreement with the plants

3/ Contribute to the purchasing database update by providing necessary information to commodity managers / supplier leaders/ update purchasing database and tools.

4/ Be the first escalation level for supplier crisis management.

5/ Follow-up the quality and cost reduction objective related to action plan/productivity program (QVE, rebalancing…).

Perfil buscado

Qualifications :

The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.




Profile and Competencies




Education : Engineer School or specialization in "mecanique, electro-mecanique, genie industriel or usiness School (BAC + 5) specialization en Achats

Technical Field : Electrical, mechanical components and products

Work experience needed : 1 to 2 years experience in Purchasing is preferred, knowledge of Industrial environment

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge):

English : fluent

Personal abilities or skills : Excellent team player with good communication skills. Microsoft Office user. Data management
