Internship in Rewards

Support the territory Reward Manager with project work for internal partners, carry out workplace analysis/research to increase the effectiveness of the reward offer and identify solutions to improve the efficiency of the reward team.

Involvement in multiple project work across any of the following topics:

- Job Evaluation

- Sales Incentives

- Gender Pay equity

- Employee benefits

- Employee recognition

- Reward package communication/marketing

- Compensation data quality

- External market data analysis

- Internal current/best practice data collection and analysis

- Specific local employee benefit initiatives

Perfil buscado

Qualifications :

¿Are you the person that we are looking for?

- Student of bachelor or masters degree in HR, ADE, Industrial Engineering, MBA or similar

- Fluent in english and spanish

- Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power Point

- Fluent in Italian will be a plus

- Good Communication Skills

- Project Management & Data Analysis skills

- Attention to Detail & Organised

- Be able to work in a single project without getting bored

- Be able to do the Internship 6 hours per day in the mornings from monday to friday

- Economic assistance.
- Part time internship (6 daily hours).
- Flexitime
- One day off per month.
- Duration: 6 months with a possible extension if your University / School allows it.
- Internship tutoring for your progress and learning.
