What will you get to do in this role?

· Define and deploy Extract Transform & Load (ie ETL) technical capability including architecture, technologies, standards and development ecosystem enabling Schneider Enterprise Data Platform Subject Matter Expert in defining standards, policies and practices around ETL technologies (including Informatica)
· Manage technical analysis, development, technical test and documentation for ETL technologies
· Identify, benchmark and recommend target technologies and associated lifecycle/roadmap for ETL technologies
· Drives technology watch and participate to event to stay current with industry techniques
· Develops and implements a governance and operating model to leverage Internal and external business partners for ETL development, operation and support
· Setup flexible development capacity leveraging IPO delivery organization
· Participates in design of complex, multi-technologies architectures
· Participates in development of IT infrastructure design supporting ETL
· Provide Level 3 technical support
· Defines service levels, expectations and service improvement initiatives for ETL platforms
· Designs and support implementation of concepts such as capacity management, performance management, and availability management

Qualifications :

What can you bring to Schneider?

·  Master degree in computer science
·  3 to 5 years' Experience in various ETL, data integration and Data virtualization technologies (including Informatica)
·  English: fluent
·  Strong leadership and collaboration skills in a cross-cultural environment
·  Functional management experience
·  Ability to structure, standardize, document and subcontract development activities to other internal/external teams
·  Project Management (Waterfall and/or Agile)
·  IT Architecture Design experience
