Which is your mission?

Deliver effective and efficient Sourcing Services (for electricity, gas and fuels) for our Clients in Spain & Portugal, in compliance with operationally agreed quality and timescale standards, and in accordance with our Clients' procurement strategies.

Maintain effective working relationship at an operational level with key Internal (Client Management, Data, Solutions, Risk Management) and External Stakeholders (Energy Suppliers).

Drive operational excellence by participating in process and service improvements in response to market developments and business targets.

Responsibilities:

· Tendering energy supply contracts & contract management (tenders, contract extensions, other contract placement) in line with the service standards, processes and protocols
· Manages pre-tender activities (confirms tender specification with Client Managers based on any Sourcing Requests, gathers portfolio and consumption data from various internal and external sources, issues Requests For Quotation)
· Performs the quantitative and qualitative analysis of energy supply offers/contracts (by using our internal templates and following the standard analytical methodology, as well as by creating ad-hoc tailor made analysis)
· Negotiates prices and terms and conditions of energy supply contracts with energy suppliers on behalf of our clients in line with agreed client expectations and requirements and internal standards and protocols (under the direct supervision of Senior Sourcing Analyst, Sourcing Expert or Manager)
· Creates Strategic Sourcing Recommendations and other ad-hoc reports for our clients
· Ensures timely contract placement and its distribution among internal stakeholders, maintains records and databases
· Creates and delivers budget forecasts for our clients in line with the service standards, processes and protocols
· Ensures flawless input acquisition from various internal and external sources before the delivery of the budget
· Creates offline budget (using market-specific standard budget templates)
· Uploads the CBMS Output values into CBMS (or delivers the output in any other agreed ways/formats)
· Data Management
· Maintains internal records and contract/customer databases
· Adds/uploads data and documents to internal databases
· Creates regular and ad-hoc reports based on data held in internal systems and databases
· Supplier & Market Intelligence
· Acquires the basics of energy markets
· Acquires knowledge of special market characteristics and key market players, especially energy suppliers of his/her geographical area
· Supplier Relationship Management
· Maintains regular contact with energy suppliers in order to ensure flawless service delivery to our clients
· Provides regular feedback on his/her tenders and submissions to suppliers
· Identifies and escalates issues in our relationship with any suppliers

Qualifications :

Who are you?

·  Bachelors/Master's degree with 2 years of experience in similar position
·  Be passionate, rigorous, and dynamic to be able to teach
·  Like sharing your knowledge and experience
·  Able to collaborate with different offices in a virtual team
·  Must have good prioritization, organization, analytical and planning skills
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills
·  Flexibility
·  Effective Communication
·  Software Literacy
·  Team spirit
·  English is the working oral and written language
·  Spanish is also mandatory and other European languages would be a plus
