1. Support technical integration of the Conversations app by 01Click into Schneider CRM (bFO) and document management (Telescope) platforms.
2. Finalize the Certification of the Conversations app to Schneider IPO standards.
3. Provide training and support to the teams deploying the Conversations app, including
a. Content providers (training of Conversation administrators)
b. Content consumers (training of app users)
4. Help socialize and promote the use of the Conversations app within the Schneider community.
5. Help identify and implement app enhancements to maximize app impact on Schneider Sales & Marketing efficiency.
