MISSIONS
1/ Support the program Edison IT C@W Animation: support Working Group Leaders in terms of sponsorship, contacts and deliverables
2/ Role-model position in community animation – put dynamism and be available for each expert / manager / stakeholder interested in the program and community contribution
- Animate through: quarterly community webinars, bi-monthly community core-team webinars, Community animation through Yammer / Team to keep people informed and curious
3/ Leverage expert’s visibility collaborating with Internal Communication: raising expert’s visibility through: Schneider digital newsletter, manager bulletin, web radio, working groups presentation, experts contribution to learning week, development actions with IS Academy
4/ Organize – along the manager– EDISON IT Community and Program Events to create links and working habits between experts from all sides: yearly preparation and celebration event for the EDISON IT Experts Promotion
5/ Follow-up and map expert competencies, development plan and goals: competencies and expertise mapping inside the EDISON IT Community, employee development plan – update in progress for every expert; EDISON IT Expert goals – including official EDISON Objectives to make sure the experts will contribute effectively to Schneider Digital needed together
PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Diploma: Engineering school or HR with expertize in IT
Technical Field: IT, Human resources, Management, Knowledge Management
Work experience needed: experience in Community management and, if possible, in Knowledge Management
Requested languages: excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English; good command of French would be appreciated.
Personal abilities or skills:

- capacity of interaction with stakeholders situated all over the world
