What you can contribute?

1. Participate in national marketing plan development                                                    

2. Develop area marketing plans                                                                           

3. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans                          

4. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans                          

5. Regional brand management                                                                             

6. Regional market intelligence

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Participate in national marketing plan development                                                    

         1) Participate in annual long range strategic planning ( 3-year plan)                            

         2) Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan ( 1-year plan)                         

2. Develop area marketing plans                                                                            

         1) Propose regional tactical cycleplans ( 4 times per year)                                                               

         2) Report local market info to central ( on a monthly basis)

3. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans                          

         1) Train regional sales force                                                                                                                     

         2) Support in promotional tool development ( DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc)  propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate                                                                                                                 

         3) Product specific regional sales and A&P budget                                                                             

         4) Organize regioanl activities  (CME programs, symposia , etc.)                                                 

         5) Attend regional sales weekly meetings

4. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans                          

         1) Train regional sales force                                                                                                                     

         2) Support in promotional tool development ( DA, gimmicks, slide kits,etc)  propose region specific promotional materials,if appropriate                                                                                                                 

         3) Product specific regional sales and A&P budget

         1) Organize Brand Champion                                                                                                                    

         2) Regional KOL management                                                                                                               

         3) Paticipate brand team

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

College Degree or Above

Experience & knowledge:

·  At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry
·  At least 1 years sales force management experience
·  Industry/product knowledge

Core competencies:

·  Good marketing planning skills
·  Good project management skills
·  Good selling skills
·  Good interpersonal skills
