Job description

According to the characteristics of jurisdiction and led by the superior, lead the team to set up and implement IPD programs aligned to company's targets; promote and develop program related to vaccination and circulation management in the public health domain.

在上级经理的领导下，根据管理辖区特点带领团队设定符合公司目标的IPD项目并实施。推动及开发公共卫生领域疫苗接种和流通管理合作项目。

According to the requests and action plans of the IPD function:

·  Devote to promoting and developing cooperation program related to area vaccination and circulating management to build favorable marketing atmosphere.

致力于推动及开发区域疫苗接种和流通管理等合作项目，营造良好的市场氛围。

Programs include:

·  IPV Pubic program management; coordinate and carry out related business ;
·  Overall manage area vaccination procedures of competitive vaccines;
·  Execution and guarantee program of area Class II vaccines, including vaccine circulation policies, circulation records, area preliminary tender policies of Class II vaccines, etc.

项目包含：

① IPV公费项目管理，协调与开展相关的业务活动。

②统筹管理区域竞争性疫苗接种程序项目。

③区域二类疫苗业务执行保障项目，包括跟踪疫苗流通管理政策、流通管理备案、区域二类疫苗招标前期政策等。

·  According to development strategies of company and IPD Team, Business Operations Department, to set up job targets and strategies of provinces in respective jurisdictions, coach the team to make detailed action plans and follow up the implementation.

根据公司及业务运营部IPD团队发展战略制定辖区内各省工作目标及策略，辅导团队制定详细的行动计划，并监督落实执行。

·  To build professional and privileged relationship with provincial and key municipal HFPC, CDC, FDA, etc. in order to be able to carry out activities identified by action plan.
为实施行动计划所规定的活动，与省级重点市级HFPC、CDC、FDA等政府部门相关官员建立专业、良好的合作关系。
·  To build close contact with RMC and its members within their respective jurisdictions, and provide the related programs supporting in area.

与辖区所在RMC及成员保持紧密合作关系，并提供良好的区域项目支持。

·  Responsible for the coach and cultivation of the team members within their respective jurisdiction. And developing excellent and innovation pilot program in order to bring positive influence on company's area operations.

负责辖区内团队成员的培养及辅导，以开发优秀、创新试点项目，为公司区域运营带来积极影响。

·  Centralize and update the database of provincial and key municipal HFPC, CDC, FDA, etc.
负责集中更新辖区内省级重点市级HFPC、CDC、FDA等部门客户数据库。
·  Help company and IPD function to set up regional academic platform to support the update of regional criterion and the development of product.
帮助公司、IPD部门搭建片区性学术平台，以支持区域行业标准更新及产品发展。

Regularly update the relevant local programs to the superior and RMC.
定期向上级经理及RMC更新当地相关项目进展。

REQUIREMENTS

任职要求

(Required education, experience, certifications, and competencies.)

（要求的教育背景、经历、证书和能力素质）

·  A degree in life sciences such as biological, medical, or pharmaceutical or degree in marketing or business administration from a credible institution

生物学、医学或药学等生命科学学位，或市场营销及商业管理学位。

·  At least 6 years' working experience in a similar position of IPD function in a multinational pharmaceutical, biological and/or vaccines company with a record of achievements in advancing the interests of multinational companies

在跨国制药、生物制品和/或疫苗公司的IPD职能部门的相似职位上有至少6年工作经验，具备成功促进跨国公司利益的记录。

·  Good cooperation basis with related regional officials who are responsible for immunization strategies and immunization program development

与开展疫苗免疫策略及免规项目发展相关的区域政府部门官员有良好合作基础。

·  Worked in a similar management position and having good trans-provincial management experience

曾从事相关工作的管理岗位，并有良好的跨省管理经验。

·  Good insight, analysis, interpretation and development ability in the vaccine policy trend.

对疫苗政策发展趋势有良好的洞察、分析、解读、开发能力。

·  Good communication skills in both the written and oral form

良好的书面和口语沟通技能。

·  Good transversal cooperation spirit is required.
