Job description



Major tasks of the Project Management officer encompass:

1/ Deliver Project (from design to implementation) for International Region while ensuring business continuity and minimum disruption

·  Coordinates project deliverables in a timely manner, supporting CHC International Team, and PMOs across the region
·  Monitor all country / zone / region submissions in a timely manner
·  Prepare Regional synthesis for submission and communicate with Central team
·  Organize ad-hoc meetings to solve issues, propose solution and liaise / communicate with relevant stakeholders

2/ Support Country & Zone PMOs

·  Coordinate & animate together with Chief of Staff the Region PMO team (28 people)
·  Organize and coordinate the organization of key meetings with Chloe Project Team and PMO touchpoints
·  Prepare weekly meeting and track Country Status update
·  Prepare weekly synthesis for the Region, highlighting key risks and mitigation plans
·  Bring support and assistance to CHC International PMOs as relevant and foster collaboration, alignment, information sharing across the region
