Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Profile:
- Work in close collaboration with the Change Management team and support a smooth implementation of the Change strategy,
- Participate in implementing and maintaining an internal global communication strategy for the Shift Program:
- Defining the Communication strategy to be implemented for the Hub (North America, Eur 1, Eur 2, Asia and Latin America) and pilot countries
- Prepare the communication kit, plan, academy
- Help defining key stakeholders to share the message to the right audiences
- Leverage from best practices and contacts in communication departments (coporate & local teams)
- Reinforce the identity of the Program (branding, visuals, wording)
- Define and choose the appropriate communication supports, materials and timing to communicate
- Keep updated the communication plan
- Lead a bi-monthly internal editorial committee
- Manage communication tools internally to support the global strategy,
- Shift My Sanofi intranet:
- Reshape of the intranet
- Manage Development / integration / Webmastering
- Maintain a regular news flow to convey strategic finance information and key messages to the Group
- News identification, positioning, writing, publishing, editing
- Newsletters & weekly digest:
- Prepare and send two every other month the Shift newsletters format, intranet-based format (prepare the editorial videos, simplification corners, etc)
- Prepare and coordinate the weekly digest to share updates on Shift with the Core team
- Animate the Connect community
- Contribute to the SMEs Sharepoint
- Support project team on their project-based communications when needed (7 Finance/Sanofi Business Services satellite projects):
- Visual communications and video production
- Help incorporating project-based key messages within the global communications
- Supporting and editing contents and road maps
- Support the creation of projects’ graphic identity
- Support HR/HSE/Corporate and coordinate communication campaigns for Shift
- Coordinate and support the organization of events and team buildings:
- Help defining format, theme, audience, speakers, key messages
- Supervise logistics with local team
- Ensure information coordination (invitations, emails, planning, goodies, articles, etc.)
- Others:
Support team’s integration in Barcelona / onboarding activities and sessions

Education:
- Higher education (master’s degree) with an orientation in business related fields
Experience:
- 2 years professional experience,
- Analytical and summarization skills,
- Have superior communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy,
- Strong communication and problem solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position:
- Leadership and ability to challenge, open minded and active listening
- Ability to drive change and ensure alignment at every stage from main stakeholders and impacted parties
- Ability to understand and synthesize business needs from multiple sources, and identify arbitration needs
- Issue resolution and value realization oriented

- Ability to collect data and report blocking points
Languages:
