Mission:
Key responsibilities of the position:
Within "Finance Solutions & Systems Strategy" Department, your role will fall into the Global ERP project team. The project aims ate improving the existing design of SAP Finance Processes. This project will first address the design and then rollout the validated core model to the different SAP platforms of the Group (Europe, Asia, Latin America, North America)
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) activities:
- Project planning monitoring
- Preparation of communication toolkits including project committees (weekly and monthly) presentations
- draft of meeting minutes
- Participate to the design of the main Accounting and Controlling processes in SAP :
- Support to the head of accounting (FI) related processes, in charge of defining the accounting rules and controls as well as reporting functionalities,
- Support to the head of controlling (CO) related processes in charge of defining the controlling rules and controls
- Support the formalization of the guidance note and communication to stakeholders,
- During the implementation, support the deployment in 1 of the target SAP Platform, follow-up the implementation and ensure key principles of the Core Model are applied
Profile:
HSD+5 : Master MIAGE, Engineering school, Management school with specialization in Information Systems and Finance
- Very high level in English and very good Spanish proficiently
- knowledge of accounting / transactional processes,
- experience in operational finance department (accounting or controlling),
- prior experience on SAP FI & CO modules,
- First experience in Big 4 audit firm would be a plus
