Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Many regional projects have successfully finalized or are ongoing in order to drive the customer centric trend; this is why a strong regional support is needed and it is key to
ensure success. A VIE's profile will perfectly fulfill this need for endorsing the affiliates.
Support the local operation through Customer Care Projects in order to:
- Optimize Customer Service Teams daily operations
- Achieve Transactional excellence at affiliate level
- Deliver the promise to our trade customers
Customer Care is the ultimate link of the Supply Chain with Commercial Operations and with the customers. In these regards, this role must be closely connected to:
- Trade Customers and Commercial: To make sure internal processes and initiatives are aligned end to end with
customer expectations and needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Finance: Ensure alignment in the Bill to Cash process, within the Order to Cash, to increase the value of
customer service
- IS: Engage in automation projects to improve the flow of products and information from Sanofi-Customers and
Customer-Sanofi
PROFILE
Education:
College or University Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or related.
Experience:
Experience in process definition and implementing requirements
- Ideally, International background
- Ideally, Experience in cross-functional environment
