Se trata de una posición temporal para una cobertura de maternidad
Job Purpose

Provide best in class business tools, processes and strategic guidance to ensure Bio & Hospitals best market approach

Major Accountabilities
-Obtain a complete picture of the BU needs, market trends and competitive environment
-Identify opportunities and risks for the BU and provide strategic guidance based on the mar-ket and competition dynamics
-Develop and maintain best-in class SFE framework including Segmentation and Targeting, call planning, resource allocation and incentive plans
-Provide the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive strategic and tacti-cal changes to maximize BU results
-Provide the BU with best-in-class tools to maximize the efficacy and efficiency of resources
-Manage and coordinate the relevant projects for the BU
-Provide support on multichannel and digital initiatives relevant for the BU
-Maximize the user of experience of key stakeholders including the BU head and the commercial team

Key Performance Indicators

-BU financial performance
-Satisfacction level of the BU relevant stakeholders
-Key opportunities and risks identified, communicated and actioned
-Innovation added and improvements implemented that impact the BU way of working
-Projects led withtin the BU
-Level of integration in the BU team

Perfil buscado

Requisitos mínimos

Education:
University degree, preferred in Health Sciences.

Languages:
Fluent English and Spanish

Experience:
3 years’ experience in business consulting.
2 years’ experience in Pharma most desirable.
Proficient in Excel

Able to structure and solve complex problems
