To develop, implement and assume full accountability for strategic and operational plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth for the assigned product portfolio in the short and long term.
Major Accountabilities
• In accordance with the Disease Area Leader guidelines (if available), to actively develop the right marketing and promotional mix to meet brand/brands sales objec-tives and customer needs in the specific disease area.
• To build and develop strategic/operational forecasting from a robust patient mod-el. To ensure operative definition and control of the brand/brands budgets including forecasting, expense management and evaluating cost effectiveness.
• To create and deliver strategic and operational plans appropriate to the life-cycle of the brand/brands so as to optimize return for Sandoz.
• To translate market intelligence into brand/disease strategies and programs. To demonstrate entrepreneurial/"out-of-the box" thinking by generating and imple-menting new ideas to grow the assigned products portfolio.
• To create and manage excellent matrix relationships internally and with external clients/agencies, including, but not limited to: medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, marketing experts.
Key Performance Indicators
•Annual qualitative & quantitative results agreed at the beginning period with the Manager
•Manage and optimize relationships with all relevant external agencies and pa-tient (and other) groups through development of effective relationships.
•Full financial accountability of advertising and promotion budgets within 5%
•Full understanding and use of key market research approaches and giving rec-ommendations and acting on results that create positive business outcome.
•Deliver operational plan, on time and to a high standard.
•Manage all components of a key brand or components of a priority brand/product.
•Build and develop strategic forecasting.
•Launch a line extension, new campaign, commercial programme, and/or generic defense.

Requisitos mínimos
Education:
Univ. degree, ideally in Sciences, Business or Mkt
Languages:
Native Spanish. Fluent English
Experience:
Marketing or field sales experience
2-5 years’ experience in TA.
Biopharmaceutical experience recommended.
Good project management capabilities
Successfully managed a product in a highly competitive environment
