The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for supporting the marketing managers with strategic and operational functions on daily basis such as business intelligence analysis, follow up of sales team requests, peer training (new analysts or interns), etc. In charge of the control and full implementation of SP3 authorization requirements for marketing activities and materials (e.g., events, visual aids, etc.), purchase orders processing and follow up, and/or the sample and cycle materials deliveries and reconciliation according to up-to-date SOPs.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational Excellence •
Main contact with Sandoz creativity agencies
•First contact point of sales team requests to marketing
•Develop monthly reports of key brands to support the decision making process
•Correct tracking of A&P regarding promotional materials and samples
•Responsible of completing SP3 formularies and requirements for marketing activities
•Responsible of keeping track of promotional material process including but not limited to creating purchase orders, obtaining internal approvals, reviewing green label and physical/color samples
•Responsible of executing logistic tasks of samples and promotional material, such as controlling and requesting to our warehouse the deliveries per cycle to each Sales Force team member, overviewing and monitoring proper in-stock number at the warehouse, and other administrative tasks related to these activities
•Responsible for reviewing and managing sample reconciliation process for all sales force
•Ensure marketing trainee knows operational workflows and key stakeholders
•Ensures appropriate oversight regarding the implementation of the SP3´s processes
•Understanding and using marketing principles and SP3 processes to deliver customer needs
•Participate actively in the Compliance Committee as reviewer, approver or deputy (in accordance with the internal guidelines) for the respective function, ensuring adherence to the SP3 guidelines, local procedures and local law Key Performance Indicators
•>= 95% of activities with SP3 approval and closing prior to due dates
•>= 95% of promotional material and sample on-time delivery
•Periodic preparation marketing reports/analysis
•Compliance with Code of Conduct and SP3 guidelines.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Bachelor concluded - Marketing, Industrial Ingeneer , etc.
1 year of experience in Marketing
Proficient in Excel
